Youth Mentoring :
Temporary Guardianship Services
Because every teen deserves a safe, supported start to adulthood
What Services are these?
Some teens are standing at the edge of independence without the support they need to cross safely. When a program ends—or a placement fails, and/or families cannot accept a near-adult back into their household—many are left with nowhere to go.
This is where we come in.
Global Youth Services provides short-term guardianship and mentorship for high-risk youth in transition.
We offer structure, care, and practical life skill development to help keep your teen safe and learning until they reach adulthood.

What Families often Feel — And Why It Matters
When a teen is turned away from a program—and cannot return home, we know it isn’t because their family doesn’t care.
If you’re reading this, you may also be feeling:
- Exhausted from years of crisis management
- Helpless in the face of another closed door
- Guilty for not being able to “fix it”
- Worried for your teen’s safety, choices, and future
- Fearful for yourself, your loved ones, and often other siblings currently still at home
- Ashamed of what others might think
- Angry at the system—or your child
- Grieving the relationship you used to have or wished to have
- Or even relieved, relieved they’re not in the home right now—and wrestling with guilt for that
You are not alone in this.
And your teen is not beyond help.
Our Guardianship & Mentoring Program was created for this exact moment—when it feels like there’s nowhere else to turn, but there’s still a life worth fighting for.
We can help carry the next part of the journey, with structure, safety, and compassion.
